- Accurate information. Give us true, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. Do not pretend to be another person or business.
- Business verification and approval. Business accounts provide business details, such as the store name, street address, phone number, and category. We review new Business accounts and approve them before their Deals go live, and we may ask for more information or proof at any time. Approval only means an account met our review requirements at that time. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the business, its Deals, or its products or services. We may decline, pause, or revoke approval at any time.
- Security. Keep your password private and use a strong one. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

- Business names and impersonation. If someone has registered your business name or is pretending to be your business, contact [email protected]. We may transfer, rename, suspend, or remove accounts to resolve impersonation and naming disputes.
- Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time using Delete account in the App, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We delete your account and associated personal data generally within 30 days, except information we are legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy. Unused Boost credits end when your account is deleted.
4. How the Service works- Sale Finds (Shoppers). Shoppers can post "Sale Finds": sales they have spotted at a store. Sale Finds automatically expire 36 hours after posting.
- Deals (Businesses). Approved Businesses can post "Deals" in three types: % Off, Sale, and Service. A Deal includes a photo, a title, the store or restaurant name, an optional description, and an address, city, and state. You can choose to use your device location to fill in the location.
- Community features. Users can upvote, comment on, save, and share posts; follow stores and categories; receive Hot Deal Alerts (for example, nearby deals and saved deals about to expire); earn points and ranks on a leaderboard; invite others through Invite & Earn; and report or block other users.
- Location. Some features, like the Nearby feed and Map, use your location if you allow it. You can turn off location access in your device settings, but some features may not work. See our Privacy Policy.
- Language. The App is available in English and Spanish. If a translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version controls, to the extent the law allows.
- Changes to the Service. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we remove a paid feature you have already paid for, we will give you notice and a fair remedy, such as a prorated credit or refund for the unused part.
5. Your content and the license you give us"User Content" means anything you post or send through the Service: Sale Finds, Deals, photos, titles, descriptions, store names, addresses, comments, profile information, and reports.- You own your content. You keep whatever ownership rights you have in your User Content.
- License to us. So that we can run and promote the Service, you give RYKA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, translate, adapt (for example, resize, crop, or format), and otherwise use your User Content to operate, improve, and promote the Service, including in our marketing and social media posts that feature deals on the Service. This license continues for a commercially reasonable time after you delete the content or your account, for backups, legal compliance, and content others have already shared, but we will stop using deleted content in new marketing. A Business that does not want its Deals featured in our marketing can tell us at [email protected].
- License to other users. You allow other users to view, save, share, and comment on your User Content through the features of the Service.
- Your promises. You promise that (a) you have all the rights needed to post your User Content, including rights to any photos, logos, and trademarks in it; (b) your User Content is accurate and not misleading; and (c) your User Content, and our use of it as these Terms allow, will not violate the law, these Terms, the Content Policy, or anyone's rights.
- Photos of stores. If you photograph a store's sign, shelf tag, or product for a Sale Find, keep it to what is needed to show the sale. Do not include people's faces, personal information, or anything the store has told you not to photograph.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
- No obligation to keep content. We may store, remove, or stop displaying User Content at any time, and we do not promise to keep backup copies for you.
6. Deal accuracy and merchant responsibilityThis Section applies to everyone who posts a Deal or a Sale Find, and especially to Businesses.- Accuracy. Any price, discount, or offer you post must be true, current, and available as described when posted. Include any important limits (for example, dates, quantities, "while supplies last," participating locations, membership requirements, minimum purchase, or exclusions).
- Businesses must honor their Deals. When you post a Deal as a Business, you are making that offer to the public, and you alone are responsible for honoring it on its stated terms at the stated location for as long as it is live on the Service. If a Deal ends early, sells out, or changes, you must update or remove it promptly. RYKA is not a party to your offer.
- Compliance with the law. Businesses are responsible for making sure their Deals and their stores follow all laws that apply to them, including consumer protection, pricing and advertising, sales tax, licensing, product safety, and age-restricted sales laws.
- Physical location. Deals must be available at a real, physical location (or, for Service deals, from a real business serving the stated area). See the Content Policy.
- Shopper Sale Finds. Shoppers should post only sales they have personally seen, and should post them honestly. Sale Finds are user observations, not offers from the store, and they may be wrong or out of date. A store is not bound by a Sale Find posted by someone else. If you are a business and believe a Sale Find about your store is wrong, report it or contact [email protected].
- Disclose connections. If you have a connection to a business (for example, you own it, work for it, or are paid or rewarded by it) and you post or comment about it from a Shopper account, you must clearly disclose that connection. Businesses must not post fake Sale Finds, fake upvotes, or fake comments about themselves or competitors.
7. We do not endorse, guarantee, or sell deals- RYKA is a platform that lets people share information about deals. We are not the seller of any product or service shown in a Deal or Sale Find, and we are not a party to any purchase between you and a business.
- We approve Business accounts and use automated screening, but we do not review every post before it appears. Once a Business is approved, its Deals generally go live right away, and Sale Finds go live when posted. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Deal, Sale Find, price, product, service, business, or user, including posts that are upvoted, Boosted, featured, ranked highly, or shown with a badge.
- Boosted, featured, and top-of-feed placement is paid placement. It does not mean we recommend the business or the Deal, and we may label it as Boosted or Sponsored.
- Any dispute about a purchase, price, product, or service is between you and the business. You can still report a problem to us, and we may take action under these Terms and the Content Policy.
8. Community rulesWhen you use the Service, you agree to follow the Content Policy and these rules. You will not:- Post anything illegal, false, misleading, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Post a product or service that the Content Policy prohibits, or a restricted product without meeting its conditions.
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or impersonate anyone, or post someone's personal information without permission.
- Use the Service to ask other users for personal or financial information, passwords, or payment outside the Service.
- Spam, post duplicate or junk content, or game the points, leaderboard, upvote, or referral systems (for example, with fake accounts, self-referrals, or paid or coordinated voting).
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service by automated means, or access areas of the Service you are not authorized to access, without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer the App except where the law allows it, or try to get around any security or access feature.
- Use the Service for any purpose other than finding, sharing, and offering legitimate deals.
Zero tolerance. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts that post it may be removed without warning.

9. Safety tools: screening, reporting, blocking, and moderation- Screening. We review and approve new Business accounts, and we use automated keyword screening to help keep prohibited and objectionable content off the Service and to flag content for review. No screening is perfect.
- Reporting. You can report a Deal, Sale Find, comment, or profile in the App and choose a reason (for example, Inappropriate, Spam or misleading, Offensive or abusive, Scam or fraud, or Something else). You can also email [email protected].
- Blocking. You can block another user to stop unwanted interaction with you.
- Timely action. We review reports promptly and aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When appropriate, we remove the content and remove the user who posted it.
- Our rights. We may (but do not have to) monitor, review, screen, edit, refuse, hide, or remove any User Content, and we may limit, suspend, or end any account, at any time, for any reason we believe in good faith is needed, including to enforce these Terms or the Content Policy, protect users or the public, or comply with the law. Our enforcement steps are described in the Content Policy.
- Emergencies. My Sales Net is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the U.S.).
- Law enforcement. We may share information with law enforcement or others as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

By paying, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and authorize Stripe and us to charge your payment method.
- We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
- We do not currently sell subscriptions or Boosts through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. If we add that option, we will update these Terms.
- You agree to keep your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause paid features, or move your account to the Free plan.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, which we or Stripe may collect.
10.3 Automatic renewalPaid subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription renews for another period of the same length (monthly or yearly), and we will charge your payment method the then-current price for your plan (or your founding or loyalty rate, if one applies) at the start of each new period, until you cancel.- Before you buy, we will clearly show the price, how often you will be charged, and how to cancel, and we will ask for your consent.
- For yearly plans, we will send you a reminder at least 15 and no more than 45 days before renewal, and we will send any other notices the law requires.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for your subscription, and it will apply at your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect. Price changes do not apply to a founding or loyalty rate while it is in effect under Section 11.
10.4 Free trial- Businesses can try Pro free for 30 days. No payment card is needed. Trials start only once payments are live on My Sales Net. Businesses that signed up before payments went live get the trial automatically on that day.
- One free trial per business. We may refuse or end a trial if we believe it is being abused (for example, by creating new accounts to get repeat trials).
- When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. You will not be charged unless you choose to buy.
- When you move to Free, your 3 newest active Deals stay live, and your other active Deals are paused, not deleted. If you upgrade to a paid plan, your paused Deals come back automatically.
- A trial does not hold a Founding Local spot (see Section 11).
10.5 Cancellations and refunds- How to cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account, or by using any self-service cancellation option we make available in your account.
- What happens. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan (your 3 newest active Deals stay live and the others are paused).
- Refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not give refunds or credits for partly used billing periods, unused features, or unused Boosts, except as stated in these Terms or required by law.
- Billing errors. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge, and we will look into it and correct verified errors.
- Your rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
11. Founding Local offerWe are offering limited "Founding Local" pricing to the first businesses in Bentonville, Arkansas. These terms apply in addition to Section 10.- Who is eligible. The first 50 businesses with a physical storefront inside Bentonville city limits that start a paid Pro or Premium subscription while the offer is open. A business is counted when its first payment succeeds. Only paid businesses count toward the 50: a free trial does not hold a spot, and there is no waitlist and no reservations. One founding spot per business. We may ask for reasonable proof of the storefront's location and may decline any business we cannot reasonably confirm.
- Founding rates.
| Plan | Founding monthly | Founding yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $9.99 per month | $99.90 per year |
| Premium | $29 per month | $290 per year |
- Rate lock. Your founding rate is locked for 12 months from the date of your first founding payment, as long as your subscription stays active and in good standing.
- After 12 months: loyalty rate. After the 12-month founding period, your subscription renews at a loyalty rate instead of the regular list price: Pro $14.99 per month or $149.90 per year, or Premium $39 per month or $390 per year. Your loyalty rate lasts as long as your subscription stays active. We will remind you before your founding period ends.
- Switching plans or billing cycles. You can switch between Pro and Premium, or between monthly and yearly billing, and keep your founding or loyalty rate for the new plan or billing cycle. Your 12-month founding clock does not reset.
- Canceling gives up your founding spot. If you cancel (and your subscription ends), delete your account, or your subscription ends for non-payment or a violation of these Terms, you lose your founding spot and any founding or loyalty rate permanently. If you subscribe again later, regular list prices apply.
- When the offer closes. The offer closes on the earlier of (a) 90 days after payments go live on My Sales Net, or (b) when all 50 founding spots are filled. We will announce the date payments go live on our website. If your business starts its free trial within those 90 days, it stays eligible for a founding rate until the trial ends, even if that is after day 90, as long as spots remain.
- Other terms. Founding spots cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. A founding or loyalty rate cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so. We may end the founding or loyalty rate for any account that abuses the offer (for example, by misrepresenting its location).
12. Boosts and Boost credits- What a Boost is. A Boost is a one-time paid feature that moves a Deal higher in the feed for 7 days. Boosts are available on any plan and cost $6.99 each or $17.99 for a 3-pack.
- No guaranteed results. A Boost increases placement but does not guarantee any number of views, saves, customers, or sales.
- Credits. Boosts and Boost credits are limited licenses to use a feature of the Service. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Unused Boost credits never expire while your account is open. They end when your account is closed or deleted.

|---|---|---|
| 1. Content removal | A one-time, minor mistake: outdated deal, wrong category, missing limits, off-topic comment | We remove or hide the content, and may tell you why. |
| 2. Warning | Repeated minor issues, or a moderate violation such as misleading pricing or a restricted item without meeting its conditions | Content removal plus a written warning in the App or by email. |
| 3. Temporary suspension | Continued violations after a warning; more serious violations such as bait-and-switch, failure to honor Deals, harassment, or fake engagement | Posting or the whole account is suspended for 7 to 30 days. Active Deals and Boosts may be paused or removed. |
| 4. Permanent ban | Severe or repeated violations: scams or fraud, prohibited goods (such as drugs or weapons), threats, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation, evading a ban, or content involving minors | The account is closed, and we may ban related accounts, devices, and businesses. |
8.2 Immediate actionFor severe violations, including fraud, threats of violence, illegal goods, or any content that sexualizes minors, we may remove content and ban the account immediately without a warning, and we may report it to law enforcement or NCMEC.8.3 Repeat violators and repeat infringers- Strikes. Each confirmed violation may count as a strike, and strikes expire after 12 months. Three strikes within 12 months generally lead to a suspension, and another strike after a suspension generally leads to a permanent ban.
- Repeat copyright infringers. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we will end, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, generally after three valid notices.
- Ban evasion. Creating a new account to get around a suspension or ban leads to a permanent ban of all accounts.
8.4 Effect on paid featuresIf we remove a Deal or suspend or ban an account for violating this policy or the Terms of Service, paid features, Boosts, Boost credits, Founding Local spots, founding and loyalty rates, and subscription time are forfeited, and no refund is owed, except where required by law.8.5 AppealsIf you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] with "Appeal" in the subject line within 30 days. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users in the App or by email. Deals posted before a change that no longer comply may be removed.10.
